Warranty
We guarantee to replace any defective transfers free of charge within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee is limited to replacements of lesser or equal value to the initial merchandise purchased only. TKO Sales is not responsible for any product of any nature on which our transfers are applied. Custom-made transfers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue. When applying transfers to multiple items, we highly recommend a review of the first completed item to identify any potential issues with the transfers, garments, or heat press. For the most complete quality review, a wash and dry cycle for the item in question is also recommended. This includes checking for peeling, cracking, fading, or dye migration. Reprints due to artwork issues will only be granted if the consumer did not approve the artwork before printing and/or select our “print as is” option. Should either option have been opted for by the consumer at the time of purchase, the end result is the sole responsibility of the consumer, and thus no reprint, credit, or compensation will be provided. TKO reserves the right to deny credit, reprints, or compensation in any case.
Cancellation Policy
Print-ready orders placed before 3 pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped within 72 hours. Please note orders that are not print-ready when submitted may take up to 72 hours for artwork corrections and approval. If an order is placed before the 3 pm cut-off time, customers will have until 8 pm that same day to cancel their order. Orders placed after the 3 pm cut-off time will have until 8 pm the following day to cancel their order. After 8 pm, in either case, order cancellations will not be processed. Orders cannot be canceled while artwork services are in progress. TKO is not responsible for any delays or denied cancellations within the regulations listed herein. The print-ready status of artwork and delays that result are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Artwork Services Policy
"Please note that the artwork service is non-refundable. Once a proof has been sent for approval, cancellations and refunds are applicable only to the transfer cost."
Shipping Protection Policy
To help ensure your orders arrive safely and to protect against carrier-related incidents, TKO offers optional Shipping Protection.
Shipping Protection is available at the following rates:
- $0.98 for orders under $100
- 2% of total order value for orders over $100
To receive coverage,Shipping Protection must be manually selected and activated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
When activated, it covers reprints only in the event of qualifying loss or damage during shipment. It does not cover financial reimbursement or refund.
Coverage Definitions
What qualifies as a lost package:
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but delivered to the wrong address.
- Packages that remain “in transit” with no movement or tracking updates for an extended time.
- Packages officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.
What qualifies as a damaged package:
- Items that were damaged in transit (with photo evidence).
- Orders that arrived incomplete because the box or packaging opened during transit.
Exclusions (Not Covered Under This Protection):
- Packages delayed in transit. If delays are caused by weather or carrier logistics, we may classify them as “delayed,” not lost.
- Packages missing or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
- Orders (or items within an order) that have not yet shipped.
- Packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered.
