At TKO Sales, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your business, and with locations in Florida and California, you can enjoy lighting fast deliveries no matter where you are in the USA! Here’s everything you need to know about our turnaround times and shipping options.

Turnaround Times

All Xtreme Color Digital DTF sheet sizes on print-ready orders placed by 11:00 AM EST, ship the same business day. Pick-up time: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Just make sure your files are print-ready: This means they meet the printing requirements listed at the bottom of the corresponding product page.You can also check our artwork guidelines here:

Artwork Guidelines

Opt for the “Print as is” option: Otherwise, it will be reviewed and may be held for artwork concerns. Please note that if your order is held due to artwork concerns, turnaround time will begin upon your final approval. If approval is received before 11:00 AM EST, your order will still qualify for same-day shipping.

* Orders cannot include jobs from other formulas. The total lead time follows the formula with the longest production time.

For print-ready artwork/print as is orders:

*Turnaround times are based on receiving print-ready files by the cut-off time of 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday). Any issues with artwork may cause delays in your order, please remember that the turnaround time will begin upon your final approval. Turnaround times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and observed holidays. Orders placed online outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Production Artwork Review:

When placing your order, you will find 3 options to choose from:

Art Service:

If you need assistance with meeting our artwork requirements, resizing your design, or enhancing its print quality, you can choose to add our art services when placing your order. Our artists will send you a digital proof for approval. This process may add 1-2 days to the turnaround time, which will begin upon your final confirmation.

If your design does not have the required minimum resolution (300 dpi) or does not fit the selected sheet size, the art service fee will be automaticaly applied.

If you trust your artwork meets our requirements and would like to proceed without revisions, select the option “Print As Is” at checkout to avoid any potential delays. By doing so, your submission won’t be revised and you accept responsibility for the final result.

If you do not select either option, our team will review your artwork and inform you of any issues found. We will contact you via email and text message, so please pay close attention to these notifications. Note that production time will begin once we receive your final approval.

Delivery Methods

In-Store Pickup

We offer on-site pickup for local customers at our Florida facility: 1700 NW 18th St, Suite 903, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. You can also check the status of your order on our website to make sure it's all set before you arrive. Pickup hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For same-day orders, pickup time will be the same day from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or the following day during normal pickup hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM).

 Currently, we do not offer pickup at our California facility.

We bring you fast, coast-to-coast delivery with UPS!

Your order will be shipped from either our California or Florida facility, depending on which location is closest to you. You can choose your preferred method at checkout, but if needed, you can change it later by contacting our customer service team:

UPS® Ground:Cost-effective, reliable ground delivery within one to five business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivers in two business days.

UPS Next Day Air Saver®:Delivers next-day before noon.

UPS Next Day Air®:Provides next-day shipping (before end-of-day).

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between turnaround time and delivery time?

Turnaround time refers to how long it takes us to complete and ship your order. Delivery time is the duration UPS takes to deliver it to your location, depending on the shipping method and the carrier’s timelines

Can I use my own UPS account for shipping?

We currently don’t offer the option to use personal UPS accounts for shipping.

Can I use another provider for shipping?

We exclusively work with UPS for all shipments. 

Can I combine two orders into one shipment?

At this time, orders are processed separately and cannot be combined into one shipment.
